Objective: reach 200 cities and regions in the EU

PROSPECT+ intends that more than 200 cities and regions of the European Union located in at least 20 of its Member States improve their capacities when it comes to financing and implementing their Action Plans for Climate and Sustainable Energy (PACES) and others similar, so that they accelerate their pace to achieve their climate and energy goals.
Experts from local and regional entities share their experience through mentoring tutorials, in teamwork that allows participants to identify new financing mechanisms to overcome financial challenges and barriers involved in applying their energy plans and climate action (PACES). In addition, the project contemplates a "Community of Practice" to promote the exchange of best practices and participation in debates on the obstacles faced by local authorities when undertaking optimal investments in sustainable energy and low-cost mobility on time emissions.
